Every new generation of the 800 Series Diamond marks a defining moment for Bowers & Wilkins. The brand’s benchmark and flagship range, it represents its most advanced loudspeaker engineering. The 802 D4 delivers much of the performance of the 801 D4, including the same Turbine Head enclosure for the midrange driver, in a more accessible model. It is ideally suited to reference stereo listening and makes an equally compelling choice for home cinema. An aluminium top plate brings significantly improved cabinet rigidity to every stereo model in the range, helping music sound even more realistic. The dedicated midrange driver combines four proprietary Bowers & Wilkins technologies: the Continuum cone, FST™, Biomimetic Suspension and midrange decoupling. Together, these include an isolation system designed to minimise interference from the loudspeaker’s bass drivers.
