AUREL order review, bank transfer and Stripe payment terms, and Certified Pre-Owned warranty commitments.
Scope and consumer rights
These terms cover purchases from AUREL Hifi Certified. Product descriptions, condition disclosures and the written order confirmation form part of your purchase information. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected by these terms or any commercial warranty. Contact us for seller identity and business details before purchasing.
Manual order review
Submitting an order is a request for processing, not automatic acceptance or a completed payment. Its initial status is Pending Review. An AUREL specialist checks availability, condition, price and delivery details before confirming the order and issuing the appropriate invoice or payment instructions. Any changes require your agreement; do not pay until you receive verified instructions.
Bank transfer and wire payments
Use the beneficiary, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, amount, currency, payment deadline and order reference stated in your official pro-forma invoice. Never rely on changed bank details without confirming them with AUREL through our known contact address. Payment is recognised after cleared funds are reconciled; dispatch follows confirmation and agreed delivery arrangements. Contact us before paying if charges or instructions are unclear.
Stripe payment links
If you select card payment, an AUREL specialist sends a direct Stripe payment link after review. Check the order, amount and currency before paying on the secure Stripe-hosted page. A submitted order does not itself charge your card. We do not ask for full card details by email. Payment confirmation and final invoice details follow reconciliation.
Certified Pre-Owned equipment and warranty
Certified Pre-Owned equipment is subject to verified bench testing and condition assessment before release. Item-specific wear, included accessories and inspection information are disclosed with the product or confirmed during review; illustrative inspection displays are not an actual certificate. Certified Pre-Owned purchases include a 12-month AUREL in-house commercial warranty from delivery. Contact AUREL to arrange assessment and warranty service. This is additional to, and does not replace or shorten, statutory conformity and defect rights.
Delivery, returns and assistance
Delivery dates, installation arrangements and any charges are confirmed during review. Our 30-day White-Glove Return & Satisfaction Guarantee includes coordinated home collection: customers do not have to package or transport heavy equipment themselves.
